Lizard Lounges - Implementation note
The original Lizard Lounge project was completed by Year 5-6 students in June, 2004.
A return visit to the Lizard Lounge site will occur in May 2005 for the purposes of ongoing maintenance.
Student communities not involved in the original restoration can still participate in this project.
Step by step guides for building a lizard lounge in schools are available on our website (see 'Teacher Support Material'). Costs associated with building school-based Lizard Lounges are absorbed by individual schools.
